"Average Sucks"

I know what you're thinking, “Yeah it sucks to be average” or “hey, average isn't so bad”.

Thats not what I’m talking about though.

We get comfortable with who we are, and where we are. And thats ok.

But this becomes a challenge for anyone trying to improve their life. For instance, I grew up very average, I didn't have to fight for anything, per say. We were not rich by any means, but we had food on the table every day, I had clothes on my back, I had some friends, school was ok, and I played sports and I was pretty good.

Life kind of just moved along.

So what sucks about Average? It's not about “being average” it's about your own “Average”. Meaning where you are today. How you got there and what you did along the way.

If you want to lose 30lbs, but you've been stuck trying, riding the rollercoaster of weight loss and weight gain and can't seem to break the cycle? Well, you are stuck in “Your Average”.

We get comfortable, believe me, I know. It's dangerous and life sucking. I've been there in relationships, life, work, health.

There is a great book I'm reading and wanted to share these things. It’s called “Average Sucks” by Michael Bernoff.

He grew up near me and went to my sister highschool. He is a very relatable guy. If you want to improve your average, get the book.

This is a new perspective on where you are and why you are stuck there. Improve “Your Average”
